The erotic cover design is erroneously attributed to Sigismunds Vidbergs, however it was made by Mihails Jo (Meiers Joffe; 1893-1960), the Latvian-Jewish graphic artist and set designer of the Jewish Theater of Riga, mostly know for his cover designs of Yiddish books.
